We knew the old website was dated but didn't know where to start. Ian redesigned the whole thing and switched us over without a hitch. We'd never had any visibility of how the site was performing, and customers simply weren't finding us on Google. We're now on page one for the searches that matter, and Ian set things up so we can see the numbers ourselves rather than taking anyone's word for it.
One of our biggest customers came to us with a list of network requirements I didn't understand a word of, and a contract depending on meeting them. Ian went through it in plain English, built what was needed, and it has run faultlessly since. We wouldn't have been able to take that work on.
